کاربرد تکنیک تصویربرداری cone beam computed tomography در تشخیص ودرمان سنترال ژانت سل گرانولوما تومور ؛ گزارش یک مورد

چکیده
مقدمه: سنترال ژانت سل گرانولوما تومور نسبتاً ناشایع و غیر نئوپلاستیک با اتیولوژی نامشخص می باشد که معمولاً در کودکان گزارش شده است . در سالهای اخیر استفاده از تکنیک تصویربرداری توموگرافی کامپیوتری با اشعه مخروطی (cone beam computed tomography cbct) ، درتشخیص دقیق ضایعات فکین توصیه شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر گزارش یک مورد از کاربرد تکنیک cbct در تشخیص و درمان سنترال ژانت سل گرانولوما می باشد. معرفی بیمار: پسری 6 ساله با شکایت از تورم بدون درد در سمت راست صورت که از سه ماه قبل ایجاد شده بود، به بخش دندانپزشکی کودکان دانشکده دندانپزشکی مشهد ارجاع داده شد. ضایعه دارای قوامی سخت و سطحی صاف بود. برای بررسی دقیق تر ناحیه، تصویر برداری cbct از ناحیه انجام شد که در تصاویر حاصل اتساع کورتکس استخوان و وسعت ضایعه در ابعاد باکالی- لینگوالی و مزیالی-دیستالی به طور دقیق نمایان شد. نتیجه نهایی: در نمای رادیوگرافی که 12 ماه بعد از عمل جراحی تهیه گردید، بازسازی و رشد استخوانی و عدم وجود علائمی از عود مشاهده گردید.
